Key reasons to do IPAF Training:

Safety and Risk Management: Training reduces accidents by teaching operators how to handle equipment safely, manage risks, and avoid entrapment. It directly addresses the dangers of working at height, which is a leading cause of workplace accidents.

Legal Compliance: While not legally mandated, IPAF training helps employers comply with safety laws, such as the Work at Height Regulations 2005, by ensuring staff are ‘competent’ to operate machinery.

Globally Recognised Certification: Successful completion results in a PAL Card (Powered Access Licence) which is valid for five years and recognised worldwide.

Improved Efficiency: Trained operators are more confident and efficient, leading to increased productivity and reduced damage to equipment.

Reduced Complacency: Even experienced operators benefit from refresher training, which helps mitigate complacency and updates them on new safety standards.
